Turbo Tax is thorough and convenient.
What's great about it: Easy, convenient, thorough, and efficient.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love TurboTax

I have used TurboTax to do my joint taxes and also both my adult children's taxes for the last several years. I wouldn't do it any other way!!!
What's great about it: Taxes simplified!!!

Lost count at number of years I've been using Turbo Tax. It helps, our family being "low risk" for an audit.
What's great about it: simple to use, like how it uses data from past years

Pretty good

at one point in time, it was recommended to mail in our state returns. I was having difficulty trying to determine wether or not it was now "safe" to eFile our state returns. Other than that, no problem.
What's great about it: I've used it several years, and I continue to use it.
What's not so great: I did think that 1 state was included, but it wasn't.

Why use anything or anyone else.

I've been using Turbotax for well over a decade and just can't imagine doing my taxes any other way. I have a tax file where all relevant documents are placed over the year. This year it took me 2.25 hours to do my taxes. This included getting all of my papers in the proper order, completing Turbo Tax Federal and State returns and sending them electronically.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Easy Squeezy

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and never have had a problem. Two years ago I did my son's for him but his wife insisted he use a professional. After the professional was told her refund was less than I had told him I got him with Turbo Tax she wanted to see a copy. When he showed it to her, she changed her numbers and charged him anyway.
