You took enough out of the TurboTax that I have been buying that there were areas I couldn't complete using this form. I'll make sure I buy one next year that has what I need.
What's not so great: It was very difficult to complete my returns.

Tax Help for Dummies

I have filed my taxes with Turbo Tax for many years. Every year it has improved. It is to a point where it is great! With just a basic knowledge of the law anyone can file and feel confident it is done right. The built in reviews and safeguards makes the process full proof. Thanks to all who have contributed to this fine software.

I've used Turbo Tax for many years. It's always made my taxes easy to do and file. I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone who has problems filing their taxes.
What's great about it: Makes tax returns easy for anybody to do.

Excellent Service by Turbo Tax

I love Turbo Tax and have used it for over 20 years. Love the reviews and the help if you need it and all the checks as you work through the system, They will tell you if they find any mistakes and help you correct them. Filing electronically is great and I usually have an answer back from the state and the IRS sometimes the next day. Also letting you know where you stand to be audited is great. Thank You Turbo Tax for a great product.

Quick and Super Easy!

I was nervous about doing my taxes on my own for the first time, but Turbo Tax made it a breeze.
What's great about it: Step by step instructions, the program explained everything clearly and concisely, and actually made the process fun! :)

Disapointed

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years now and have always been happy with it.
I am however disapointed this year that there is additional fees to efile, especially after having to purchase a new disc or download every year.
It's almost worth going to have taxes done professionally with a quicker refund and audit insurance for the same amount after the purchase and fees....Some thing I may consider for next year.

What's great about it: Easy to use, walks you through step by step
What's not so great: lots of updates to install every time I log in
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

A pleasant surprise!

This is the 4th year I filed using Turbo Tax and each year I have been satisfied with the speed, as well as. helps available when questions arise.
What's great about it: You receive prompts to allow simple, quick entries.
What's not so great: There are none if you compile all necessary paperwork before you open the Turbo software.
