We have used Turbo Tax for years and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax always makes it easy to do our taxes.

What's great about it: Reminders and easy to understand questions.
What's not so great: It found previous years saved files on my computer but could find the same location to save this years return data.

Tried the others never again

I used a different tax filing service and was never able to complete it. It was very confusing and frustrating Turbo Tax made everything so easy
What's great about it: It is so simple
What's not so great: none other than I thought my file was completed and submitted and I ws incorrect

Turbo Tax is Awesome

I have used Turbo Tax for more than 10 years. It allows me to prepare my own taxes, in the private comfort of home. I can take my time, so I don't feel rushed or like I forgot something.
What's great about it: Takes you step by step, has help engines, and affordable.
What's not so great: none
