We've been useing Turbotax for probably ten years or so and the
financial language can still be confusing. My wife still gives me paperwork all year that she swears is going to save us money when it has nothing to do with our tax status But for that matter, The buisinesses that we deal with are always saying to save this or save that, when in reality all our deductions don't come close to the standard deduction that we are allowed.

What's great about it: quick and fairly easy

Fast Filing Accurately

Great product. I have been using TurboTax for 13 years. Started with a different product was not satisfied. My son recommended I try Turbo Tax and ave used it ever since.
What's great about it: Easy to follow step by step

Easy and quick

I have been using turbo tax for 5 years now and it is very easy to understand and it explains things that are more difficult to understand!
What's great about it: deduct fees from my refund so I don't have to send in money today. And love how last years info can be accessed.
What's not so great: cost of turbo tax each year

Very disappointing

Although I used the same computer, TurboTax could not transfer my previous information. This was very disconcerting as I am visually impaired and trying to read and enter all if the information from my 1099's was quite difficult. Additionally, whenever I closed out it never brought me back to where I was. I finally just minimized it until I was finished.
I have used Turbo Tax for yeas and this was the only time I was totally confused throughout the entire process.
What's not so great: couldn't transfer my previous data

Like driving a luxury car

Prob chgng vers in Mac. Used Win PC. Super exper.
What's great about it: Product is user friendly in all aspects. Preparation of tax return was easy and fast.
What's not so great: Installation in Mac when changing version is very problematic.

Quick and easy

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have been please with the results of each tax filing process. The improvement through the years have been great and enlightening. Due to changes in my life I will on longer be using Turbo Tax for a few years. If thing change back to my regular life, I will return and use it again with no questions.
VERY HAPPY TURBO TAX USER
What's great about it: all the bases were covered and easy to complete
What's not so great: Just the new Tax codes that have nothing to do with income and The Federal Government
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
