The Turbotax service team is very professional and solved a lot of questions I have, for example, how to deal with moving expenses. In addition, at the end of the process, the customer services used sharing screening method to walk through my questions step wise. The techology is very cool and convenient to use.

Super Easy, Really Cheap!

I have a VERY simple tax situation so while it may not be for everyone it is GREAT for me! I am W2'd with only your basic deductions and end up needing to pay alternative minimum tax but the process and step-by-step provided is very simple to use!
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions, go at your own pace.
What's not so great: None, cannot believe I paid an accountant all these years.
