I love how it's designed to guide you each step of the way, the instructions are written for the average layperson. Even mildly amusing! Thanks for another easy tax filing season
What's great about it: step by step guidance, can flag areas to come back to, password save as you go

Turbo Tax is so easy to use and navigate.

I actually look forward to doing my taxes each year and that is only because Turbo Tax makes it so easy for me. Everything I need is right in front of me and what used to be a painful process is now a piece of cake.
What's great about it: I always get a refund and never have to worry about missing something. Turbo Tax covers everything.
What's not so great: Some things aren't explained very well and takes some looking, but it is usually things that vary from state to state.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax Again!

I have used Turbo Tax to file my taxes for the last 10 years or so. I couldn't imagine any other method for fairly standard filing. My whole family also uses Turbo Tax and has for many years.
Kudos and keep up the good work!
What's great about it: Ease of filing
What's not so great: None
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Always Easy for Basic Returns

Have used for years. At first, takes a while to go through every topic to determine which deductions you qualify. But, after a year or 2, TurboTax recovers your prior year's detail, and will let you know if you qualified the prior year, so each year gets easier.
What's great about it: Simple walk-throughs for common deductions

We've used TurboTax for over 10 years and will keep using it. It's the best way to do taxes for us. We've found it knows more than many of the CPA's that we've worked with. Keep Up the good work!!

Easy to file with some technical language hang ups. Please don't complicate the process.for us older none technical seniors. Just keep it clear and simple. Thank you.
