Dissappointed in software this year

PTC medical premium info does not flow through the forms. I had to go into the dialogue section to get the date to flow to the 1040 line 47.
2015's quarterly's are calculated based on PTC payback amounts which will not happen in 2015. PTC payback shows as a tax which it isn't right? When I went to electronically file I saw a message that said I could not file electronically FL return but I was able to continue and get id's and everything.....

What's great about it: All forms available and instructions
What's not so great: PTC medical insurance stuff and error on electronic filing

Turbo Tax is so easy. It is self explanatory and has lots of help examples, if needed. It's so easy to maneuver through. Thank you for all of the wonderful updates.

Turbotax 2015

I was very disappointed in the almost mandatory upgrade to get forms I have easily used with Turbo tax in the past. The difficulty of getting these forms and being able to use them in TurboTax almost has me to the point of trying a different tax software program next year. I don't want to because I have used TurboTax for the last 27 years and hate to change. Hopefully they will go back to providing the forms and their step by step instruction as needed. I like the Deluxe features and hope to use it in 2016.
What's great about it: Calculations are fast and accurate. Once forms are found and completed. Review helps a lot.
What's not so great: Couldn't find forms easily. Never figured out how to get my free upgrad.

TT Deluxe Accurate and Easy as Pie to Use

Great tool, easy to use but it's better if you are familiar with the process. Rookies with no knowledge of filing their taxes will be able to muddle through as long as they use the excellent help tools. Beware of the possibility of flawed discs. It is becoming all too common . Customer help is excellent and easy to reach. I would advise seeking help with investment sales especially if you have prepaid taxes. You should also seek advice for declaring most types of losses particularly if you must file less common schedules. I have been using TT since it was on floppies and have no intention of ever changing.
What's great about it: Easy to install. Covers all situations. Good help tools. Interview is excellent.
What's not so great: Mass produced discs often are flawed and need assistance from technical support to install properly.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Easiest way to file

Still the easiest way to file taxes and be confident that nothing was forgotten or filed wrong. The step by step process keeps me from making a mistake and putting something where it doesn't belong. Love my Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: All questions answered, all info passes to next year
What's not so great: Still have to pay for State e-file
