This year the ability to select items that were donated to charities did NOT work. Had to enter each item and estimate the value manually. Not good.
To contact someone to inform your company of this error is almost impossible without providing way too much personal data.
Why the heck do you care if my nickname has been used? I think it is a ploy to prevent this from being send.
What's great about it: Almost worked correctly

Turbo Tax made the whole tax filing process mostly painless.

TurboTax is now my first choice for tax software. I was with the other guys for over ten years.
This software lets you change some numbers in the state return because you were not a full year state resident, how nice.
The Federal Software helps with deductions in an easy way, that does not break any rules.

It's easy and simple to follow. Turbo Tax is my only go-to for my income taxes every year.

Estimated Tax Forms

Printing Estimated tax forms should be optional or at least print all four forms on one sheet of paper

It is an easy way for a retired person to complete their tax forms including social security, annuities and IRAs. It covers all aspects needed with only a couple of things asked which are not always required.
What's great about it: easy & quick
What's not so great: does go through some steps not needed
