If it is not broken do not try to fix it

I have used Turbo Tax since it came out. I have tried other tax software and i can say i would never use anything but Turbo Tax
What's great about it: user friendly, tax help and audit protection
What's not so great: so many updates.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Quick and painless

I am a repeat user of Turbo Tax and find it very useful that it captures my previous tax year information to import into the current year -- makes it easier to file and ensures I don't miss any thing that has been applicable in years past.
What's great about it: Logical flow and allows me to enter or be guided as needed
What's not so great: None

This is truly a great product. A great service. I wish this product was available years ago.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Maxed the deductions.
What's not so great: No complaints.

It is so simple and quick to use Turbo Tax, I have recommended it to friends and family.
What's great about it: Simplicity in every aspect
What's not so great: Only when directed to the IRS site for further info.

Why do you let a hamster run your site? You have a great product. I feel secure that I have done my taxes correctly. I like watching the numbers change as I enter my info.
