This version of Turbo-Tax for Mac was terrible

Terrible version of Turbo-Tax for Mac.
Next year I will be using a different tax preparation program.
Get rid of automatic save.
Bring back "insert and delete rows" in detail lists.
Get rid of automatic updates. They should be manually done by users. There are many other things wrong with this version.
The program interface was not an improvement over the previous versions, which users have come to expect. I have used Turbo-Tax for Mac for over 15 years and this year was a total disappointment.
You can do better! What is going on there at corporate?

Still the one for me!

Turbo Tax is still my go-to for tax preparation. I had read about the issues some had with the change in the Deluxe package, and I get the upset with the changes. But for me, this package still wins my business.
Step by step question and answer style interface is still the easiest way to do taxes. I gather my forms, and fire up Turbo Tax and am always surprised how quickly I am finished.
I still would recommend to anyone, anytime.
What's great about it: Easy, step-by-step, gets it done!
What's not so great: None for me.

TurboTax RULES!!!

I have been using TurboTax for years and I feel like a tx pro. Due to my TurboTax learned knowledge I now walk many of my friends through the process.
What's great about it: Ease of use for all tax situations.
What's not so great: Hmm, I would have to get back to you.

Fast and Easy

I thought it would take me several weekends to do my taxes - I did it in a single Sunday afternoon and evening.
I had a pretty complex return this year with a new job, a move to a new state, purchase of a home, a home office and several charitable donations. TurboTax handled it efficiently and relatively quickly. Fortunately my employer uses ADP so the W2 info was imported.
I sleep easy having used TurboTax - assured that my taxes are done correctly and I'm not paying any more than absolutely necessary.
I feel TurboTax is a good value compared to what I have paid a CPA in the past (which costed 3-4 times as much).
What's great about it: I completed my taxes in a single Sunday afternoon and evening.
What's not so great: A couple of places were confusing

ASAP Turbo

ASAP means As Soon As possible and this was this tax year using TurboTax. I have used TurboTax since 2004 , ten years now and it always guides me through the federal and north carolina taxes but I was amazed how easy and fast this 2014 taxes were. Of course it does help that my tax info was bascially same as 2013 and Turbo automagically transfers the routine items. From start to finish doing efiles including tax updates and printing out one online W2 less than two hours! Thats why I say its ASAP Turbo.
