I have been using TURBO-TAX for about seven years and still think it's an amazing product.

What's great about it: Felt very confident in what I was doing.
What's not so great: Really no significant cons.

Easy Peasy

During installation of TurboTax, I kept getting an error message. I checked the Internet for suggestions. It took most of the night to get things straightened out, but it finally loaded. This is the first time it's ever happened. Today I literally spent less than 4 hours getting my Federal and State taxes completed. I love this program, especially when you use it year after year and the previous year's information is entered for you automatically. I prepare for this all year, but TurboTax is just the added benefit to a stress-free tax filing period--until next year.
What's great about it: Simple & clear instructions; previous year's information is input automatically; done in less than 4 hours; e-filing
What's not so great: Had difficulty getting program to run this year

Keep up the good work. I really enjoy using TURBO TAX over all of the pamphlets and forms I read so thoroughly.
What's great about it: Ease of following instructions.
What's not so great: Taxes withheld could occur earlier and be more prominent, even stand alone from other forms of taxation.

Excellent and easy to use

I have used TurboTax many years in a row, and I find it to be a very simple tool to use from beginning to end.
What's great about it: Familiarity, intuitive, pre-populates from prior year
What's not so great: None comes to mind

My Tax Lifesaver

With about three hours of work on my taxes, they were all completed, checked and filed. How great is that? They walked me through all the questions, which were easy to understand and answer quickly. Also, nearly all the information was captured for my and there was little that I had to input myself. I like the way the tax segments are divided (wages, deductions, etc.) so I'm never confused. And, when you need to go back, it's always easy. Very Happy taxpayer!
What's great about it: Very easy to use and clear steps all the way.
What's not so great: Last question "credentials" confused me
