I have been using TurboTax for years, and have found it to be
a thorough, user friendly product. However, using the Deluxe
Edition, I find the length of time to get Tech Support (on the
telephone) is far too long. More support agents should be made
available for customers using the Deluxe Edition.

Very frustrating!

Very frustrating to not be able to E-file due to something I had no control over.
What's great about it: Prints out nice when it is done . . .
What's not so great: Very confusing with some limited explanations.

Left me with no doubt or concern

Have been using Turbo Tax for many years and find it better each year. Even as life has been more complicated at times, Turbo Tax always guides me through the process and maximizes my refund.
What's great about it: Thorough questioning and detailed information when needed.
What's not so great: Loved it all!

I love using turbo tax as it is easy and affordable with the same outcome as using a someone else to prepare taxes.
What's great about it: Easy and fast
What's not so great: some items need better explanation
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is so Easy!

I love Turbo Tax. I've used it for years! I tried another tax program one year but it wasn't as easy so the next year I went back to Turbo Tax and have been using it ever since. I wouldn't switch ever again.
What's great about it: It transfers your info each year and always finds all deductions.
What's not so great: If I use a different computer, I have to enter all info again
