Seems turbo tax is getting back and track.
What's great about it: Happy with turbo tax again!

Works Great as always

Works as well as always, If you have a standard return without a lot of complicated tax situations this is the way to go. Mortgage, investments, interest, this handles it all.
What's great about it: ease of use, get information quickly, asks everything you need to file your taxes.
What's not so great: none this year

Anyone who can click "continue" can rely on TurboTax to ask every question that might trigger an entry you wouldn't have thought of on your own. Have used it for years and am still amazed at how comfortable I feel after filing.

But only had to wait 30 minutes for phone help. Tocarra gave me excellent help for correcting my mistake, and she is patient!
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Hard to correct mistake.
