Solid Software

Overall, very easy to use. Completed my return in about three hours.
What's great about it: Easy to use, and complete for my purposes.
What's not so great: Needs to be clearer about DMR for individuals over 70 1/2 yrs.

Got it right again

Intuit has done their normal excellent job again this year. It was a breeze to follow and now I organize my records in a similar order so it's easier to input.
What's great about it: Very straight forward to follow
What's not so great: I had to take time to do it

Processed my taxes again

I like your produce. Next year may sure that the Schedule D etc is in the level of turbo tax that I use. do not remove it like you did this year.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Bad press about e-filing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall product is very good. In the past few years, when I come into the software it asks if you would like to continue where you left off however, it always takes me back to the beginning. Also, on the negative side, state electronic filing fees are unreasonable, so I always elect to send state by snail mail.
What's great about it: Quick, Accurate, Reliable

I have been using Turbo tax since 2010 and appreciate the step-by-step leadership to help with filing my federal and state tax returns. If you are a first time user of Turbo tax, instructions are easy to follow and throughout income and deductions it allows you to review for any errors!
