Overall, easy to use, difficult to obtain answers with areas of uncertainty/confusion.

Not Foreign Friendly

When filing foreign forms like 8938, there is no way to put in Zip Codes or Provincial designation codes. The forms only accept USA codes. Could not eFile because of these limitations.

You are always a little unsure that the answers you give are going to the right place. But trust the process. It works out.

The software is very helpful. The suggestion for areas that need reviewed caused me to double check education credits and turned a small tax liability into a moderate tax refund.

EZ is more than a Cliche'

Just follow the steps and you are done in no time. This is my 12th year of using TurboTax and though I will not say it is faster each year, it is consistent. I like the Deduction Generator to maximize my refund. I am still not a big fan of E-File though this is my second year of using it.
What's great about it: Easy, fast, thorough
What's not so great: Too many emails the rest of the year

Yea!! I'm Done

As always, something more than basic knowledge of tax requirements are needed. It's taken me a few times to learn what I need to keep track of during the year, and in what catagories they fall under. It still requires around an hour or more to fill out everything. I like it better this way than using a calculator and double checking myself that way!
What's great about it: Fairly easy to complete
What's not so great: Always have some items that seem to raise concerns.
