What's not so great: You dropped royalties from Deluxe edition. That was dumb.

Saving the files

There should be better communication with the user when and where the Turbo Tax file with the 2014 tax data is filed. I did finally find the file when I looked in the folder where the 2013 file was stored.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Was not clear that the file was being saved to my computer

Easy tax

I have been using TurboTax for at least eight years. Obviously, I appreciate the time savings in completing my returns.
This is the first time that I had some difficulty in filing my state return by mail. No problem with the e-filing of the Federal return.
It didn't seem to understand that I did not want to e-file the state return, so I had to go back and just get a copy that I could slow mail. But, it's done.
What's great about it: Love having the info transferred automatically from last year
What's not so great: problem with state filing

1.) Paying for e-file. You ask for way too much information. Take my credit card # and have it be done.
2.) Also, your security questions are terrible. I could not give an answer to 99% of the questions there.
3.) SO WHAT IF MY NICKNAME IS TAKEN BY ANOTHER FILLING THIS OUT - HOW STUPID TO REJECT A REVIEW BASED ON THAT CRITERIA!!!

Easy as Pie!

The TurboTax Deluxe software was easy and very thorough. And it was quick in performing analyses of the data I entered. Any questions I had were answered through their user-friendly links and query capability. As it took me through all of the steps applicable to my situation, it made me think about what receipts I should keep and annotate this year for next year's submission. TurboTax is a powerful software that lives up to its reputation.
What's great about it: Made me realize what to keep for next years tax submission
What's not so great: none!

didnt take as long. rather disappointed it didnt get more back but think it was due to 401 k contributions.
What's great about it: relatively easy. learned a few things

What's great about it: carryover info, walkthrus, edits
What's not so great: the tax code
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
