This is the third time I've used Turbo Tax and I can highly recommend it. I gave up going to tax preparers a number of years ago, and had done my own returns for about 20 years. This took me many, many hours inside while spring sunshine beamed down outside! I love the carry-over data from prior years that saves me so much time. I actually look forward to doing my taxes with Turbo Tax. The process is fun!

Very quick and easy to file. Layout of the questions and sections make good sense and allows you to think about all possible deductions you may have.
What's great about it: Very straight-forward questions, logical and methodical.

First Amended Return - Smooth Sailing!

After working on my 2014 taxes, I realized a discrepancy from last year. Sure enough, I left something off last year. TTax walked me through an amended return for2013 as well as smoothly walking me through 2014.
What's great about it: Last year's software worked perfectly.
What's not so great: It didn't pay my underpayment for me...

Getting a refund

Did mine and my two children's taxes in 1 day easy and refunds all around on their way!!!!
What's great about it: Customer service was awesome
What's not so great: nothing everything went great
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved
