Loved the software. I have been using for a few years now. Super easy and walks you thru everything. Will use it as long as I can. By the way - I work in accounting.

I had more than one property tax agency for the same property but no place to enter the property tax for the second taxing agency.

Easy to Use as Usual

With all the issues surrounding TT this year I decided to try HR Block to compare. TT is much simpiler to use and gave me a much bigger refund than HR Block.
What's great about it: Consistent format year to year
What's not so great: Had to call with cc # to get state e-file to go through

Wow, really easy and foolproof!

The software install process was smooth and quick. One of the BEST things about the filing process for using TurboTax is the simple and attractive layout of the screens and information as you go through it. I can tell the developers of this software have really gone the distance to understand the natural way their end user feels and what they experience while filing taxes and have anticipated questions and needed explanations.
It was great to see the encouraging comments and/or explanations provided as each part of the return's information is gathered and calculations are made. Great product!
What's great about it: Easy of install, use, and thorough review process!

easy does it

it is an easy program to follow and seems thorough and orderly. I am not sure why all the updates? But i guess they are supposed to be improvements. Being a senior citizen, I find this a valuable tool to be able to do my taxes in my own home with the expert help of Turbo Tax and all the latest knowledge of the whole tax system.

Easier every year

This year's Turbotax is the easiest to use ever. I had a fairly complicated return this year, but Turbotax took care of it all, and I'm confident it did it correctly.

Got It Done

I liked that it was a no-brainer and it walked me though the process. It was as simple as answering question. I also liked that I could get it done in the privacy of my own home.
What's great about it: Walked me step by step through the process
What's not so great: Nothing I can think of
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
