I have used Turbo Tax for at least 15 years and it makes doing taxes a snap. Of course, it helps to have all of your documents and deductible expenses summarized ahead of time.

EXCELLENT TAX PROGRAM

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME USING TURBO TAX. I REALLY LIKE IT. ITS SO MUCH BETTER THEN WRITING ALL THE INFO INTO TINY BOXES AND LOOKING AT 15 DIFFERENT PAPERS. I HAD ALL THE INFORMATION NEEDED AT MY FINGERTIPS. MANY PEOPLE HAVE TOLD ME THAT THEY DIDN'T GET A GOOD REFUND THIS YEAR. WE GOT ALMOST AS MUCH AS LAST YEAR! I WILL BE USING THIS PROGRAM FROM NOW ON!!
What's great about it: EASY AND PRECISE

No frills, got 'er done!

I'd used TurboTax for a few years in the late 90s/early 2000s; then I switched to H&R Block for some reason which I can't recall. Perhaps it was because I'd received the software in the mail.
Going back to TurboTax was like meeting up with an old friend. I used the 'Deductions & Homeowners Deluxe' version of their product. It did the trick.
I'd recommend TurboTax to everybody...in one of its forms or the other. There should be a version that fits you to a tee!
What's great about it: Affordability & ease of use.
What's not so great: I liked it all!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years and I love it. It's easy to use and when I'm done and filed, the feeling of relief due to my confidence in Turbo Tax is sometimes overwhelming. Thanks Turbo Tax for another great job.

This is the second year we have used Turbo Tax and have no complaints so far. Not many people want to hack into our account since we rarely get a refund.
What's great about it: Saved us CPA $$$

State tax would not move forward. I had to click on the next tab to get out of state tax menu. The final step after paying for the eFiling for state, there are no instructions on how to fill out the excel sheet so I had to enter zero dollar and select other as option, since I do not have nonrefundable ?? I'm concern if Turbo tax calculated my state return correctly since it would not work properly. It taken me all day from 10:30 to 3:30 to complete my taxes. I never experienced this with Turbo tax.
What's great about it: pulled over prior yr tax info and questions were good
What's not so great: State tax and final review
