Need to call support to get e-file to work. Had to click on the link that if it was not working, contact support. Support worked great though...
What's great about it: No state-file fee
What's not so great: E-filewas clunky this year

Turbox Tax should be able to use other browers than internet explorer.

What's great about it: Still enjoy using Turbo Tax ... little confused this time. but no big deal.
What's not so great: No cons I know of.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used this product for years without any problems. This year however, there were a few glitches, starting with a change in what was covered within the Deluxe software as compared to previous years. Intuit quickly recognized it's mistake with consumers and resolved the issue. A second problem I had was with payment for state product as well as E-file. I was on the phone for hours, while we tried to solve the problem. Expert/Manager Lisa was wonderful and patient as we tried to find the solution. She eventually handed it off to tech, in which we set a call back time, but the next day, I was finally able to solve the problem (IE) on my own and was able to transmitt my files. Although disappointed with the overall experience this year, I'll give them another shot next year!
What's great about it: Ease of use, downloads transfer easily, help center
What's not so great: To many glitches this year with payment.

2014 tax review

I use health market place. The program recognized that the government sent out a 1095 form that had incorrect information. I had done my taxes, but not sent them, because I knew of the correction coming. When the correction came, I went back in to TurboTax and the program asked if I had the new form to make the corrections. Plus, since there was a value for each month, I only needed change it once and there was a "copy" function where I could copy that value to each succeeding month.
What's great about it: Healthplace marketplace correction

The return for the city of Battle Creek does not calculate the tax due for non-residents who work outside of the city of Battle Creek.
What's not so great: Errors in the City of Battle Creek return.
