After spending thousands of dollars to have our taxes done by others, we tried Turbo Tax for 2013. Now we will never use anything else. If you make a mistake, the program helps you correct it easily. It is almost impossible not to get an accurate return if you follow all the steps. Its well worth the money. If you have an extended family, you can file numerous returns with one program purchase.
What's great about it: Very easy to use even for beginners
What's not so great: sometimes repetitive

I really like this product. It saves me a lot of time and money. I feel very confident about my filing of taxes when using this product.
What's great about it: Easy to use and navigate. Helpful.
What's not so great: None that I have encountered.

I imported last years review, and since little had changed, knocked out my taxes in 2 hours.
What's great about it: did it in 2 hours!

found it cumbersome to correct information previously entered. Will probably try a different service next year.
What's not so great: Having to pay e-filing fees when you have paid for an additional state already. It should be included in the state price
