I have used turbo tax for more than 5 years and have been confident I am getting the best refund earned
What's great about it: step by step instruction and i could easily return to completed poritons for review and revision

Have been using Turbo Tax for several years and I am completely satisfied.. Instructions are complete and easy to follow.. I used to be completely baffled by tax forms . Turbo Tax makes it easy to fill out and file..
What's great about it: Simple to follow complete instructions

Couldn't be Easier for a Technical Process

I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone. It is assuring to know that every aspect involved with filing taxes (federal & state) is covered. If you go by the step by step method you can breathe easy knowing that nothing is missed. The cost of having auditing assistance if needed is well worth the cost and much much less than the amount one pays to just have a professional tax preparer do their taxes.
What's great about it: Every aspect of income and deductions is covered. As long as one has the necessary paperwork anyone can do their taxes.
What's not so great: It costs to direct deposit into bank account. One does not know that until they choose it.

Extra Fees

By the time I got done paying extra fees to electronic file and electronic transfer my refund to my bank account PLUS the initial cost of the software - it was not much cheaper than having my taxes professionally prepared.
