The only problem I had was I had to up my gigabites from 1gig to 6gigs but that is the life of a computer
What's great about it: I'm a dummy, but I had no problems
What's not so great: I liked it fine. Gets better every year.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

This is year #6 I believe. Turbo just gets easy. Maybe some of that is experience, but they have done a lot of things to make it easy to use. Thank you, turbo Tax

I've been using Turbo Tax since it first came out, first for my personal/business, and recently for personal only. The only complaint I have is that there's one state form I have to use that keeps me from e-filing my state return.
Turbo Tax has always been easy to use, and it has gotten even easier with the improvements they have made over the years.
Ex-teacher, here; so with the average person reading somewhere around an eighth-grade level, I'm impressed to see how they've managed to make even tax forms understandable.
Too bad they haven't hired you guys to re-do some of the almost indecipherable government websites.
What's great about it: Good readibility level, ease of use
What's not so great: Wish it had all the "extra" state forms, too

As easy as 1-2-3

Everyone is always dreading doing their taxes, but a few hours of prep and a few hours to complete the forms, and your done in the comfort of your own home. You can take a break to go and look up something or just to take a breather.
What's great about it: It's straight forward and easy to understand

The software was more difficult to use than last year. The 'Deluxe and Homeowners' copy does not generate the state return without an additional fee that must be paid over the internet. This fee is a surprise and it was higher than the purchase price of the 'Deluxe and Homeowners' software. .There is no advance warning on the package of this little 'surprise' until the state return is requested. This is a big deterioration from last year. The cost of the state software is larger than the cost of the 'Deluxe and Homeowners' software. In addition, regardless of security claims, I do not purchase over the internet. (security issues)
What's great about it: Not many - ca;cilations were OK
What's not so great: Extra costs for state documents - expensive little surprises.

Great experience

I have been using TurboTax for 5 years now. I really like how things transfer each year and if something is really different TurboTax catches it. I will keep using TurboTax in the future. Thanks for keeping the tax filing easy and not stressful.
What's great about it: I like how everything transfer to make a quick entry of new items, since most of our items stay the same.
