Smooth Sailing

Smoothest experience in years. i barely had to flag anything for later review, and only had to turn to the internet once with a question on what to do with my form 5498. Found answer easily in turbo tax online; ready to file with less than a couple hours work on this dreaded yearly chore. Whoo-Hoo!!!

Have been using TurboTax for Approximately 10 Years and I have never experienced any problems. It is great and complete. Easy to use, anyone can do this even if you have minimal computer experience. I will continue to use TurboTax until I expire LOL.
What's great about it: Easy to use, guidance and simple.

I would like to have a direct link to IRS Publications when instructions refer the user to the publications for more information.
What's great about it: I like "walk me through the whole process", so that I don't forget things to include. User of Turbo Tax since 2006.

Improvement needed

I have used Turbo Tax for ~5 years now. The last 2 year (2013 and 2014) have been an issue with printing returns. In many cases, many of the forms have black lines printing which blocks out critical information. Repeated printing does not improve the situation. Printing documents that are not Turbo Tax related pose no problem. I've wasted a lot of time and money re-printing assuming a printer problem at my end. My suggestion....improve your printing capabilities or you will lose a valued Turbo Tax customer.
What's great about it: excellent job asking questions and walking you through steps. Good follow up explaination if needed.
What's not so great: printing documents needs improvement

Have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. I have never had a problem with it.
What's great about it: Does almost all the thinking for you. And the math!!
