Been using Turbo Tax for a few years now. I like the way it walks me through the questions and does all the math (make sure you enter correct digits).

Twenty Year of Turbo Tax...still satisfied

Keep getting machine language when I ask to print forms. I then installed a new adobe reader and was able to get a good copy of my return. Never had this problem before and I've used Turbo tax for twenty years.
What's great about it: Easy to follow directions...best ever.
What's not so great: Having difficulty getting a printed copy of my returns. Hope it all goes OK with federal and state forms that I e-filed

Wonderful until I went to e-file when your system went down leaving me frustrated, Filed today.
What's great about it: Filing the required forms could not be easier or faster,
What's not so great: When I was ready to e-file your system went down. i couldn't send until today-a day later.

The only thing that frustrated me is I bought the free state filing and it asked if I wanted to use that- I clicked yes , but it did not let me use it- I had to pay to file state taxes.

Got Lost but found my way

Came to the end of filling out my forms and found I still had a stack of papers that I hadn't added. Back tracked and started over and found my way through just fine the second time.
Out come was just what I wanted. Have used TurboTax for many many years and have been very pleased with it.

What's not so great: Some how managed to get lost because didn't understand a complicated question.

Tax are too tough

Lots of questions you could set time guide line of how long each section should or could take.
