Reasonable to use

As stated above, I think you need to help people get the answer to their questions as quickly as you can. The FAQ's are very simple and rarely lead a person to the specific answer they need to address their specific concerns.
What's great about it: Very detailed lead through the whole process.
What's not so great: FAQ's not very helpful and slow the process of reaching a live person who can help you.

Easy to use, but be patient. Sometimes, if you are previous user, data that is inserted automatically is a bit confusing, but as you work through the document it will be explained.

Seriously the best software ever

Every time I started to grab my phone to ask my dad a question, I would click the "explain this" next to whatever item I was confused about, and it was clear and concise enough for me to interpret and understand what was needed on my own. I have some confusing stuff, such as scholarships, student loans, a brand new marriage, tuition payments, and a total of 8 W-2s between my new husband and I. I still got it all totally done in less than 5 hours. I highly recommend this software.
What's great about it: walked me through everything step by step, anticipated and thoroughly answered all my questions
What's not so great: nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Once again was able to navigate to a successful completion
What's great about it: Was able to navigate without significant problems
What's not so great: Could not readily go a specific form i.e. form 8606 for editing purposes without complexity
