Long Time Turbo Tax User

Great program! continues to be the best and easiest to use tax preparation program for me and my family.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax continues to excell as easy to use, very thorough tax program. Glad Intuit decided to return to Deluxe editio
What's not so great: TurboTax didnt separate joint acct. dividends needed for GA return

You have lost my business

I was really surprised by the great price I got "Turbo Tax Deluxe". I was shocked to find that it did not include a state as it has for the past decade. I was further shocked when I found out the price to include a state and further dismayed to find that this price did not include electronic filing and there would be additional charges. You have outdone yourselves in destroying a long term relationship. I will never again spend $1 on any Intuit product.
What's great about it: easy to import information and use.
What's not so great: changes to what is included & additional charges

The best tax program

I have been using Turbo tax for many, many years. It is getting better and better every year.

Glad to be Done

I have been using TurboTax at least 8 years or more and cannot imagine using anything else. However the repetitive questions -- asking the same stuff over and over and over gets very tiresome and wastes a LOT of time that could be better spent.
I have also found it extremely frustrating that while TurboTax goes on & on & on about stuff I have already told them does not pertain to me, they let my deduction for sales tax just slide right by. Where were all the repeat questions about that?? (I am referring to my own & my husband's returns here, not the one I just helped my nephew do!)

What's not so great: Asks same questions too many times & lets sales tax deduction slip right past preparer!!

TurboTax Deluxe

I have used Turbo Tax for about 20 years now and will continue using it. It is very user friendly. I take several days to do my returns and it is easy to pick up where I left off. Great value.
What's great about it: Walks you through your return in a user friendly way
What's not so great: Had trouble figuring out how to file an extension.

Great - But re-add a dropped feature

Liked everything, but would request you re-add a dropped feature. Previously I was able to see the previous tax year entries next to current year entries. This allow me to see what was entered the previous year while and before I enter current tax year. This applies to all 1040 data. Or give us an option to turn it on or off.

Turbo Tax Only Gets Better Every year

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years now. I thought the program was great ten years ago, but every year it gets better. It takes the guess work and walks you through every step and its customer service is excellent. I've heard horror stories of people dealing with the IRS. To date I have not been audited, but you never know. For even more piece of mind this year I purchased their Audit Defense. I've been a satisfied customer for over ten years.
What's great about it: Very Intuitive!
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
