[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this range top a couple months ago, just installed it and started cooking with it 5/12/19. I really like the ease of use, temperature and the ability to use the simmer feature. However, one of the knobs keeps falling off. I just called customer service & a new knob was ordered 5/14/19.

trim wasnt put on good around the unit..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it does what its suppose to do so far..was upset how trim wasn't matched on all sides..workmanship was lacking for such expensive appliances..makes us wonder about quality control..or the way they boxed up to be beat up during shipping warehousing and to home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this stove top in 2008 and were so pleased, when we moved recently, we purchased the same cooktop. The only downsides are 1) we had difficulty finding replacement rubber bumpers 2) the enamel surface scratches worse than stainless steel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range has three different burner sizes, which I really like for different size pots and pans. There is one very small simmer burner in the center back. The others are all either medium or large. Very good power/heat. Sturdy grates. The only that feels a little cheap compared to the Viking I had in my old house is the knobs, but the quality is great for the price point.

Perfect Replacement!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this KitchenAid range top to replace a JennAir range top. I would give this a five star rating, however, the specifications indicated that we would need to make modifications to our Granite countertop. We had the granite guy all lined up. Tested it an hour before his arrival and it was a perfect fit. So the product is amazing! However due to the inconvenience for our granite guy based upon the confusion with the specification, my rating is a 4.
