We replaced a VIKING cooktop, which we could NOT get serviced. Easy to clean under the grills. LOVE the high heat burners and the extra low heat burner. Hopefully it will last a long, long time.

The burners are easily adjustable to regulate cooking temperatures and evenly apply the flame. Only complaint I have is that the stainless steel used is, for unknown reasons, very difficult to keep clean and also scratches too easily.
