Worked great till it died!

I really loved using the handheld to seal the zipper bags. But after about a year it just died and would no longer suck the air out of the bags.

This is so handy , it’s better than sliced bread !!! Just put the food in the bag , zip and use this great tool to remove all the air . BINGO !! Love in so much I order one for my daughter .

Money saving since the bags can be reused. Easier to use than pulling out my FoodSaver, however that FoodSaver still get's used quite frequently for food going into my freezer! The FreshSaver is great for pantry items and refrigerated foods such as cheese that gets opened, partially used, stored again.

This is a great product. I package everything from lunch meat to veggies. I went on vacation last week and everything was as fresh as when I left. I wish you could get this packaging when you buy lunch meat in the deli and be able to reseal it every time you open it.

I bought this because my counter top FoodSaver accessory hose broke and I just needed something to finish the jobs I couldn’t do with my broken FoodSaver. It basically just does the bags I have.. which even the counter version already does.... It works ok - does decent job vacuuming - but definitely not a replacement for what I lost. IF this is the only FoodSaver item you have... it’s great. For me... the search continues...
