PRINTER FUNCTION

I accidentally hit print all instead of selection. Started printing 500 sheets! Could not find cancel print button on machine. By the time I got the machine to respond to the cancel print command on the printer function icon I had almost 100 pages. I guess maybe I should have looked in the book before using the printer for the first time. I just think it needs a cancel button.

Good Basic Inexpensive Printer

We have a number of these in warehouse and production area's which are dusty, these printers hold up well and are very reliable.

Love the duplexing, works as cat bed too

This printer replaced a 14-year old HP 1022 LaserJet that was a real work horse. Wanted a duplex feature for a new printer and this works perfectly. My husband loved its features and had a lot of trouble installing his and had to replace, but mine worked out of the box without difficulty. The cat loves the flat, slightly warm top to sleep on, so I gave her a pad to keep cat hairs out of the printer.

Fast and efficient machine that uses toner rather than ink cartridges. If you do not need color printing, this is an inexpensive option.

I bought this printer to print postage on envelopes from my stamps application. It does a great job with custom size envelopes. The only draw back is that it is a single envelope feed. Works great for B&W printing.

Great for casual use, alright for heavy duty use

This is a great printer, good quality, easy to use, easy to set up!
The first thing I did with this printer was attempt to run off enough pages for around a thousand small comic books, so my experience may not be typical. The toner seems to run out quickly, but thankfully cartridges aren't too expensive. I might have to replace the drum pretty soon too. Despite the heavy workload, the printer has so far cooperated pretty well!
If one was using this printer for typical day to day printing and not a few thousand pages worth of comics, it's a perfect combination of low cost and nice quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

get alot of milage out of a toner cartredge.

This is my second printer in the series . the old one was still in great shape even after a lot of use so I gave it to my daughters family after their MFC died on them.
