Chromebook incompatible.

I wish the description had clearly stated that it isn't chromebook compatible.

Installation instructions are not as easy as described. No USB cord included, i though this would all be done wirelessly. No instructional videos online

Exactly what I needed in a printer

After years of frustration with inkjet printers, particularly ink drying out, I bought this printer and am totally satisfied with it. It was a no brainer to set up with a USB connection. It makes perfect copies. Most of what I need to print doesn't require color, so this excellent value is perfect for my needs and my budget.

Fast ...efficient and toner is reasonable. Can't complain about this printer at all. I would highly recommend this for small businesses or home use.

Have got two of these now to have at two different homes where i bring my computer. Neither heat, cold or months left alone effect the workings of these printers.

Great Basic Black Ink Printer

I bought this printer to print out letter, documents and other basic things. I got tired of using a printer that required so many different cartridges. With the color printer I was using in the past, it was requiring me to change all of them out just to be able to get it to work. I just wanted the simple black print.

I use Linux Mint Debian Edition OS as well as Linux Mint Standard OS's. Works every time if you load the Brother Linux drivers off the web site. I try to avoid all others printers. Brothers are priced right and they just work. Have installed 3 for others.

I couldn't be more pleased with the way this printer works. It even prints on both sides just with a click of the menu.
