TECHNICAL SOLUTION

This printer has been in-house just over a month, & is an excellent alternative to 4-in-one versions that waste toners, drums, paper. There have not been any issues, & hopefully it will function for a very long time. Being a laser, it offers quality prints just in black & white which is no large sacrifice for small businesses & one person operations. It's compact size & lack of complicated connections is much appreciated. It is interfaced via USB as I am not a fan of Wi-Fi. The price was very reasonable, & there are no regrets looking back.

Wish it was a copier

It works great as a printer and I love it that I do not need ink every minute. I wish it would copy.

Print level too light

This inexpensive printer works great. I paid 4 times this price for a HP laser printer back in year 2000. Printer is very fast and everything works great. Installing was simple and loading the tray is easy. I recommend using high quality paper 28 pound laser paper.
