Reliable

For the money the printer is great and easy to set up. It is a little noisy and somewhat slow starting to print, but that might be my network. Once printing it is relatively fast. Both side printing is easily attained saving paper. It is compact and fits into a small space which I have. Hooking it up to my network was easy making it possible to print from other computers. It would have been nice if it had wireless printing also. I definitely would have paid a little more for it. Overall I am glad I bought it.

Does its job. Works well. Prints. Paper comes out top. You go oooo aaaah. Then it goes back to sleep. Im done.

Great little Printer

Easy to setup. I needed a simple printer for our winter place. HP lost when my printer of 6 years failed to recognize my ink cartridges. Toner should survive the heat and humidity better than ink.

I love that I don't have to purchase ink for this printer and only have to worry about a toner cartridge. It works extremely well for my work documents that I need to print out since working remotely.

Fast and quiet

My all-in-1 printer was wearing out, but the scanner and fax features are still good, so I replaced it with this laser printer which is fast and quiet.

Toner Cartridge Replacement Too Early

Have had printer for a very short time, already have had to buy a new toner cartridge.

We understand that you are unhappy with the toner yield of the Brother HL-L2300D printer and we'd like to help. Page yields for genuine Brother cartridges are based on the ISO/IEC 19752 testing standards. The number of pages that can be printed with a cartridge is affected by several factors, including paper size, number of pages per print job, amount of print on each page, font size, and print content. Print jobs with large text fonts, graphics, charts, and/or large amount of solid coverage will use much more toner and, naturally, will shorten the life of the toner cartridge.
