I replaced my old 1170w brother printer with this after many years of economical service.
This one is also definitely a winner. It’s basic easy to setup and operate and does exactly what it says. It prints out quick convenient and clean.
I’ve had this one for three months and could not be happier.
If the other one was any indication then this has many more trouble free years to go.
Print quality is fine.
Rating?-definitely 5 stars.

I like this type printer better than a ink jet type, don't have to worry about ink drying. Very easy to replace cartridge.

Short and sweet, this printer creates excellent images and text, duplexes perfectly.. It is easy on toner and will feed any and all paper thrown at it. That being said it is a bit on the noisy side, but given it's price point and performance that can be overlooked. I am pleased to say I would purchase again without hesitation.

I didn't need color. Only black and white. Buy what you need and you get a better product. Quick. Very quick. Quiet compared to my old printer. Inexpensive. It's just a great buy.
