The printer is intimidating but friendly at the same time. It is intuitive to use and prints without noise. Love it

Very easy to set up. I am able to print effortlessly from all my IOS devices. Two sided printing save paper. I also like the number of papers printed I get from a drum vice cartridges. I have purchased a couple of these for family members already. Great product.

I don't use it a lot but it has worked great from the start.
And no more expensive short use ink jet printer ink for me.

An excellent basic printer .

This little printer has been an excellent performer. Just a basic black and white
printer that has never had even one paper jam in over 2,000 printed sheets.
Also, the Brother customer service experience has been exceptional. Initially upon set-up, I had a couple of questions which were answered quickly and efficiently, and with great attitudes from the customer service reps.

Great product for our Plant Nursery!!!

We have had this printer for about a month now and have really used it to its full potential. We bought this printer so we could print our plant tags and it sure does an excellent job. We have no complaints whatsoever with this printer...in fact, I can not say enough good things about it.
All our printers, scanners and faxes are BROTHER and we will never use anything else. The reliability, cost of ink, and speed make this printer great for businesses, like our Plant Nursery!
