A very inexpensive printer, with good sharp characters. We had a lot of trouble setting it up, and voice support was not available. The online help was light

Wrong Assumption

I purchased the 2300 because I already owned a brother printer in one location and needed another in my other location. The brand is very reliable and trouble free and it is a laser printer as I did not want to deal with the purchase of INK for a jet printer. However, I did not see or perhaps I overlooked the fact that the 2300 does NOT copy!!, which is sometimes very frustrating. When I went back to see if anything about copying was mentioned in the online ad for the 2300, I did not see anything! I just assumed that all printers are copiers too---WRONG!!

The reason not giving a four star as there wasn't a printer cable included. Never said in the ad that It was separate so couldn't hook up right away. Had to order.

AWFUL PRINTER

This printer never works. It takes so long to boot up, to print anything, and it will NEVER get the wifi correctly. Highly recommend you do not purchase this.
