I really like this phone and it's my second 830... I washed the first one and my wife has an 830. My only complaint is that there is no Amazon music player available and no app from my bank.

Good Mid Range Product

This is a nice phone... It is not a flagship/high-end phone so it shouldn't be expected to perform as such. The screen is great and responds well to daylight. The camera is relatively good and will launch quick. I really enjoy the Windows OS it can be customized to be quite elegant. I don't really find apps missing to be a problem, there has been a lot of progress. I really with the speaker phone was better. I can't even use it... people on the other end complain about a really bad echo and they can't hear me, it's a problem with the proximity of the speaker and the mic. I got one replaced already to see if that fixed it but it didn't. It gets good service. It is a good phone and I have high expectations now that MS bought them (despite them dragging their feet on releasing a flagship). I would have gotten a Lumia 930 if it was supported in the US... BUT This phone will be updating to Windows 10, when mobile launches.

Having recently purchased 3 Lumina 830 devices for my family, I can say that WP offers a very easy to use interface, this hardware offers a crisp clear screen and overall a great user experience. All 3 of us love our new phones. It's interesting that one of us had an iPhone, 1 had a Blackberry and 1 had an Android device. The verdict is in - Windows phone and Lumia 830 are fantastic! People need to give them an honest try before slamming the product!

Nokia is a master of the cell and Microsoft is a master of computer what more u need is the 2 best company work together and all the time they improve to the best product 4u

It may not have the 41mp sensor but the 830 with the good mix of features is more than enough for my needs. Also for the first time, my friends are saying my phone is better looking than their nexus or iPhone. Most people who first see the phone is curious bec it looks really good. With that I think I made the right choice. I have the Lumia 820 before and this is definitely a huge upgrade.
