Convenient, but poorly engineered

Hard to close battery-compartment tightly (so water doesn't get in#.
Rechargeable batteries last for only 4-6 uses.
Hard to align brush head with on/off button #so can use one hand when brushing).

very disappointing

I bought this product to take on a 14 day trip.....instead of getting 90 hours on the battery I got a total of 10 days X 2brushings x 2 minutes which equals 40 minutes
I had to spend the last 4 days using it as a manual brush. I think they should invest in better batteries for this product.

I like the toothbrush very much. However, within a week, the battery that came with it died, & I had to go out & buy a new one (Duracell). I don't think it should have needed replacement that quickly,

The small head, compared to my older model, makes it easy to reach everywhere and my teeth feel really clean. The batteries lasted for about 24 x 2 minute uses, but I've now put rechargeable batteries into it, so that won't be an issue.
Pros: small head
Cons: battery life

Excellent for traveling and camping

I got the battery operated Sonicare to pack when traveling and for keeping at my summer home. I get the same wonderful "just back from the dental hygienist cleaning."
Pros: great power for super cleaning
