Nice battery powered addition to the Sonicare suite

Great for the office where I can tuck it away in a drawer before and after use. The horizontal "rests" keep the toothbrush stationary and from rolling around.

I previously had a rechargeable Sonicare that I loved. That one died and I went with another brand until I found this more budget-friendly model.
It cleans every bit as well as its spendier cousins, but I do wonder if the lifetime costs of batteries will equal the price of a rechargeable.
That is the sole reason for holding back a star.
Pros: sonicare cleaning excellence
Cons: keep extra batteries on hand

My teeth feel super clean after using. I do wish the timer was longer than 2 minutes, but its not a big deal. I am pleased and will know how well it is once I go back to the dentist.

The Philips Sonicare Xtreme Battery sonic toothbrush is amazing! It’s not too expensive and you get the full effect of having your teeth cleaned professionally. Your teeth feel clean and free of calculus or build up after using this toothbrush! Especially after a few weeks, you will notice that the time you wait in between professional cleanings is not that bad. When I bought this toothbrush I was hesitant because you can buy cheaper versions at your local drug stores, but I was happy to find out that I was wrong. It’s also great because I am always on the go and having a toothbrush that I can bring with me wherever I go without having a charger is fabulous. The one down fall is the battery does not stay charged for a great deal of time, but the positives out way the negatives by a long shot. I do recommend this product to all my family and friends because it works so great for me. I have also bought the children’s toothbrush because the adult one works so well. The child one works just as good and my son loves it. Especially going into Dental Hygiene this product is well worth buying. As a hygienist’s perspective, it cleans the teeth and gums well enough for our liking.
