I purchased this toothbrush for the purpose of traveling. I decided to use it at home first. I have used this product for three months and it stopped working.
It is now just a regular toothbrush. I have tried different batteries and it just doesn't work.

Cons: find a brush that will not stop on you after three, months. they need to send the battery operated too, thbrush back to the drawing board.

Only concern I have is that I need to unscrew the brush and clean it out every couple of days because there is always liquid in the base.

I bought this product because my plug-in model died. After brushing my teeth once, I thought it was great, then picked it up the second day and it was dead. I changed the batteries but it doesn't seem to have much gusto. I should have gotten an electrical unit again because I do love Sonicare.

I have 3 of this kind totally, none of them can use more than 3 months. I had bought the replacement brushes also, never got a chance to reach the time for the replacement. I tried to replace the battery, replace the brush head and clean residues inside if any, but none of them would fix the toothbrush.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: can't use for long
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
