I work in a Health Food Store and when talking to customers asking about the best products I always mention the Sonicare technology and the benefits I've experienced.
Pros: excellent in combating bacteria.

Everything on this works great EXCEPT for the power button. If you don't hit it just right, it will not turn on or off with ease. Better button design needs to be reached before you put it on the market.

This item was replacing a more expensive and elaborate model. It seems to be cleaning just as well. Using batteries instead of charging the unit is a bonus;It frees up counter space. Also, I use rechargeable batteries, and they seem to last a long time with this model. The only thing I miss is the automated 30 second interval timings.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stopped working after a ver short time. Replaced batteries - still wouldn't work. Fabrication quality is terrible.
