I bought at the recommendationof my dentist. Considered it until I found out the cost at the dentist, but then found at a reasonable price at the grocery store and thought I would give it a try. It was easy to set up and start using, and so far like the feel of my teeth when finished. Only time will tell when I return form my next checkup. The one con I have is that my teeth are not straight and it is hard to get a good angle to clean some of my teeth

The only negative is when the batteries go, you have no warning. The brush doesn't get slower, it just quits so you'd better have batteries on hand.
Pros: good performance
Cons: no warning for batteries going. it just quits.

When it worked it worked well. Problem is it stopped working less than 30 days after I bought it. I returned it and Am now on my second toothbrush. Also your website is not conducive to engendering amicability.

Good product, but having issues with sealing battery cover

Very nice features, working as it expected. Unfortunately, second time when I wanted to change the batteries, the inside part of the handle was humid and the connections for the batteries were compromised. I was not able to use the brush anymore, just after two months of use.
