The toothbrush is reliable and effective

I've used this toothbrush for a couple of years now. It is comfortable in the mouth and cleans my teeth and gums well. My dental visits are pretty good too. I wish the grip was not so slick, I placed a couple of rubber bands around mine so if it gets wet while in use I don't lose my grip. I am able to use rechargeable batteries in this unit so operation costs remain low. I have gifted similar models to family and friends. So, when do the designer colors come out?
Pros: improved dental visits
Cons: slick surface grip

I would buy this product again and again

The product has great features such as Phillips batteries already in the toothbrush when you receive it. The toothbrush has a built in 2 minute off switch(after brushing for 2 minutes, it automatically with turn off). I get much better checkup when I go to the dental hygenist when I use Sonicare because it gets in cracks and crevices that manual tooth brush cannot get in.

I could not keep water out of the battery compartment. This shortened the life of the batteries and ultimately destroyed the motor. Or at least that is what I think anyway it stopped working and I used it less than 12 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is actually the second one I've had, the first completely wore out. I have needed absolutely no dental work other than cleaning since I started using it and recommend it highly. It has reversed my periodontal problems, too.

Great product like other models

All Sonicare products offer a superior cleaning. My dentist says the great condition of my gums is from using Sonicare for 30 years or so.
Pros: portability
Cons: no 30 second timer indicator

This would be better if the batteries lasted longer and they were easier to replace.

I'm having a problem with the batteries not lasting long enough and the battery compartment cover (on bottom of toothbrush). It is very hard to get on and off. Also, the brushheads are too expensive. I have been buying a generic brand brushhead and they are half the money.
Pros: i like the way they clean my teeth.
Cons: they need to be less expensive.
