The brush requires maintenance... unscrew (or replace) the head to clean filmy mineral remnants I change brush heads 1 time/3 months. Cleaning inside the head, and the top of the handle are important in order to maintain the systemd, and keep it sanitized.
Pros: replacement heads in various sizes
Cons: package should include clear mantenance instructin

I love Sonicares

Sonicare products make my teeth feel so clean that I postpone going to the dentist, but I've only had one cavity in years and years. Everyone at the dental office I go to recommends them, and I could never go back to a manual toothbrush. I liked the design of the Elite I had better than my new Essense, but they're both great.

It is a great toothbrush because I like how quickly it gets the particles out between my teeth. Only small drawback iis the on/off button should stick out more so I can feel better where to turn it off.
Pros: fast
Cons: on/off button needs to stick out

I have been using the product for two months. I squeeze the toothpaste on to the bristles, press the button and gently move the toothbrush across my teeth. The product is lightweight and easy to manuever. It thoroughly cleans my teeth. It does exactly what it's advertised to do Imagine that!

I had the Essence 5300 originally. Battery went dead even though it stayed on charger. Thought this one might last longer. Just concerned about how often batteries need to be replaced. We will see. Overall, I am pleased with the performance.
