I have a large food processor but I wanted a smaller unit to chop vegetables for my everyday cooking. The Cuisinart chops my vegetables without making them a mush. It is light weight so it is easy for me to pull out of my bottom cabinet. I find I am using it almost daily because it is so convenient and easy to clean.
