I love this product and can't believe I waited so long to buy it. It's lightweight, but strong; a real work horse to have in the kitchen. I have already made a marinade, salad dressing, some pesto and chopped a half of onion, a couple cloves of garlic and some parley together for a base for a pasta sauce. It's small enough to fit on a pantry shelf. I have been using my Cuisinart Professional 14 for almost 40 years and the only thing I had to replace is the bowl that was dropped and cracked. To me, this is exactly like it, only smaller.
