Cost effective.

The product is solid. It is louder than preferred and the sensor on the device consistently displays a temperature 2-3degrees cooler than the rooms actual temperature. The sensor on the remote works well enough but doesn't continually stay active so ... Every once and a while you have to remind the machine that it is hot in the room if you put it on energy saver mode.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I recommend checking your Owner's Manual (page 4) to make sure that the sounds that you're hearing are not part of the A/C's normal operation. The manual can also be located on our website at ftp://ftp.electrolux-na.com/ProdInfo_PDF/Edison/16120300A00439en.pdf. Also, make sure that the filter is clean so that it's not having the sensor to misread the actual room temperature. I hope this information is helpful. The Best AC I've Ever Owned

My wife and I decided it was time for a new "in the wall" Air Conditioner unit and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision to purchase the Frigidaire FFRE2233S2. It blows away our old one, no pun intended!!
