Handles the load beautifully

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit about 6 weeks ago and have been very happy with it's look and performance. It took me approximately 2 hours to install it through the wall after removing the old one and we are delighted with the features and power. Thanks again Frigidaire for a quality unit at a reasonable price.

great replacement for through the wall sleeve AC !

The device exceeds what factors drove me to choose this model and our tenant is raving how well it cools her home. This is one of few brand name units that fits as a replacement in our older-built multifamily - Frigidaire has a niche offering this great appliance !

Very disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately I am very disappointed with this unit! I bought it to replace a 20,000 BTU unit that was great for 18 years, and it really does not cool the space even though it’s a 22,000 BTU. I really am dissatisfied and don’t know how to proceed!

Has some really great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last summer and got it in July when the one from Sears quit. I have 2 of the Frigidaire air conditioners. My other one is slightly smaller but both do a great job. Very quiet, and cool nicely. The remote is a great feature to with the tempture sensor in it to where you can set it somewhere in the room to take the temperature to the set temperature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Didn’t last a year

Horrible warranty experience. Unit broke in under a year. Instead of replacing the unit it’s being repaired. The entire process will take approximately 3 weeks.. unacceptable wait time since my husband has asthma and we need the air. Will never purchase any products or brands from this manufacturer again.

I installed this unit less than a year ago, first time I tried to turn it on this summer it dosen't blow cold air. I bought the extended warranty and will be calling in a service call.

Great AC unit
