Not Reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On the 3rd unit in 2 years. the first one lasted longer than the year warranty barely. The second one was delivered with a blade missing on the blower fan. The 3rd one lasted about 4 months and have been waiting 3 weeks and still waiting on warranty repair. I hope others have had better luck with this unit than I have.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Need to trial it longer as the temps are not above 60’s in the midwest!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we bought this ac unit not really knowing what to expect ! we are happy to report we are over joyed !!! even on hi fan this unit is wonderfully quiet !!! no more having to turn the tv up ! go to another room for a phone call ! and most importantly we can talk in a normal voice !!! no more yelling at each other to be heard over our old unit !! we are very pleased with the saving on the electric bill !!! we differently recommend this ac unit !!!

Does the job so fat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great!!!! Is the energy saver model only supposed to click on and off for less than 30 seconds? Thought that was supposed to click on and stay on for at least a few minutes or so. Is there a way to set that mode to do this?

What a cool deal

This has such great features, like the night time mode, automatic fan speed control & the remote sensor all worked flawlessly. The best part is keeping my cool as a cucumber LOL!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit, as my past unit died. Upgraded from a 18K to 25K , was such a great investment, as this unit cools so much quicker. Ease of installation was well thought out. Remember it takes two(2) people to lift. Great Value

Noisy!
